VIBEMODO SEO Manager ("the app", "we") is a Shopify merchant app developed by Vibemodo. This policy explains how we access, use, store, and protect information while operating SEO audits, readiness checks, Search Console support, and review-first AI recommendations.

2. Information We Access

When the app runs, we access Shopify store information according to the scopes approved during installation or re-authorization.

• Product information: titles, descriptions, images, product status, SEO data, and metafields.
• Store content: pages, blogs, articles, and existing SEO settings.
• Languages and translations: active store languages and existing relevant translations.
• General store information: store name, domain, and SEO-related settings.
• Storefront information: rendered HTML and storefront readiness signals for visibility and trust checks.

3. How We Use Information

We use accessed information only to operate the app: SEO analysis, recommendations for titles and descriptions, preview-before-apply workflows, merchant-approved safe fixes, bounded Vibemodo metafields, multilingual support, Admin UI reporting, audit logs, scan history, and support evidence.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except Shopify Inc. as the platform provider, technical infrastructure vendors required to run the app, or when required by law or court order.

5. Storage and Security

Information is processed in real time where practical. Operational records such as installation sessions, scan results, review packets, audit history, and Google Search Console connections may be stored in the app infrastructure to provide the product. App-written metafields remain in your Shopify store under a dedicated Vibemodo namespace. Communication uses HTTPS and access is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Merchant Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion support, or data export support using the contact details below. You may uninstall the app from Shopify to stop app activity. The app includes Shopify privacy webhook routes for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction so operator handling can follow Shopify's required privacy workflow.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The app runs inside Shopify Admin and does not add independent cookies to your storefront. Session or tracking behavior required to run the app follows Shopify infrastructure and cookie policies.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and show an in-app notice when required.
